How to sync Jira Align Epics with a Jira custom issue type?

We have Jira Epics mapped to JA Features and stories to stories, though we would like to find a way to sync a custom issue type (P-Epic) for our Portfolio Epics from Jira to JA and back. 

Anyone able to do this today?

@Matt Rosenbluth The highest level of work item that is supported for syncing via the Jira connector is Jira Epics to Jira Align Features. If you have a level above that in Jira, it is not possible to sync that issue type with Portfolio Epics in JA.

@Rae Gibbs That's right, JA currently doesn't support syncing JA Epics to a Jira custom issue type.
