How do I export user stories including all test cases, and steps without additional software?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our company is transitioning to Jira Align, and I am checking test cases, and modifying user stories. I am able to export user stories, but in Excel the tab for test cases is always blank (same for steps). I'm hoping there's a way to export a story, acceptance criteria, test cases, and see all of the input/expected outputs for each test case. Even if the solution exports more data than that, it's fine. I'm just missing everything I want to export.
