Form for new work requests in Jira Align

Hello,

Is there a form in Jira Align for accepting new work requests (apart from the Create button) at the feature level (or any other level)?

I am aware of what is called an "Intake Form" in Jira Align, which one can configure to enter additional details into - but it is only accessible after you go through the "Create" button click, and this is not what we are after.

Is there a form we could link directly to, with a form/questionnaire for requesters to submit new work requests?

@pkolesnik Are you familiar with Jira Aligns "Ideation" sub-system?  It allow pretty much anyone to quickly submit an idea that can later be promoted to an Epic, Feature or Story.  Idea submitters do not need a Jira Align license and you can even invite folks outside of your organization to submit Ideas.  The types of Ideas you collect can also be categorized as well as the timeframe in which you collect specific ideas.
