Deleted Features in JA not syncing back again

Hello Community, 

I have one question- For some reason, I deleted few features in JA and now i want to sync them back again from Jira. The newly created features are being sync from respective Jira Program Board but not those deleted earlier. Do you have suggestion on workaround or any reference for me to go through. Thanks

The Feature are probably in Jira Align's Recycle bin and can be restored from there.  I believe any changes made in Jira will also have been syncrhonized.

In Jira, you can remove the web link.

Then add a label or change a field that syncs with your instance of Jira Align.  It should then recreate the Feature in Jira Align.

Unless you make some change to the Features in Jira they won't sync to Jira Align.  The connector is only looking for things that are newly added or recently changed.  You could add some small edit like a space or "." to the title.

Another option is to use the Jira Integration tab to force the syncing of issues.  This typically requires Super Admin access though.
