Capability Acceptance Criteria as Business Requirements?

Is anyone using Capability Acceptance Criteria for Business Requirements in Jira Align?  Capability Acceptance Criteria doesn't seem to have any relationship to Features, so I'm curious what others do to capture Business Requirements and gain traceability.

Business Requirements as User Stories with AC's seem like the perfect choice for creating a Feature.  What do others do to create their JA Features?
