@Nicolae Victor Rusu Yes, you can delete Dependencies. The ability to do this is behind a system role based toggle. You will need to work with your admin team and ask them to enable this. It can be found: Admin => Roles => Select the Role => Program, Manage you will see:
Once enabled, you will see Delete under the "More actions" menu

No, there is no Delete option in the dependency flow.
"Delete" is found under more actions and is controlled by role.
