Can we create Risk at Multi Program Level?

Hi All,

Is there a way to create RISK at Multi-Program Level for tracking, transparency & visibility?

We tried to raise a RISK at Feature Level which has multi-programs tagged but could only see the RISK under Primary Tagged Program only not the other additional programs.

What would you advice?

I do not see away to have a multiprogram risk.  I guess you could make it a Portfolio risk or duplicate the risk for each Program.
