Jira Align - Time Tracking Enhancement change

Hi Team we are looking for an enhancement change in Jira Align Time tracking page as per below, please check and let us know for any questions.

1. When the there is No Launch Date Actual (LDA) updated in a Release vehicle that has a Launch Date Planned has passed we need a following option to be enabled for a Time Trackers and to the Timesheet approvers

1. If Launch Date Planned (LDP) in a Release vehicle has passed for less than 30 days

1. A banner message to timeSheet submitters should display the below message:

1. Your Launch Date Plan (LDP) already passed (mm/dd/yyyy) , you can track time against OpEx tasks ONLY -  please let your Release Vehicle (RV) owner know immediately to confirm this is accurate for your project

2. The banner should contain a url link pointing to RV information like:RV owner & RV Launch Date Planned

2. Timesheet submitter should be able to charge time ONLY to OpEx Tasks on this specific RV  - CapEx tasks should be grey-out

3. If timesheet approvers have timesheets for approval with LDP passed; A banner message to timeSheet approvers should display the below message:

1. The Launch Date Plan (LDP) already passed (mm/dd/yyyy) for the Release Vehicle (RV)  “XX”, please let your RV owner know immediately to confirm this is accurate for your project

4. If the Launch Date planned (LDP) falls in midweek day ---   The tool should allow charging to CapEx and OpEx tasks for that week -- no banner is necessary

2. If Launch Date Planned (LDP) passed by 30 days  (the number of days should be configurable)

1. The project tasks should still be listed, the tasks should be grey-out (Timesheet submitter should NOT be able to charge time to any of those RV tasks.)

2. A banner message to timeSheet submitters should display the below message:

1. Your Launch Date Planned (LDP) has passed for more than 30 days (mm/dd/yyyy). You CANNOT  track time on this specific Release Vehicle (RV) - please let your RV owner know immediately to confirm this is accurate for your project

2. The banner should contain a url link pointing to RV information like: RV owner & RV Launch Date Planned

2. Any change to the Launch Date Planned (LDP) by the user should immediately allow timetrackers to charge CapEx and OpEx time if the valid date is used

This is not the forum for requesting enhancements to Jira Align.

You need to submit them through the Ideation portal, where they will be voted on and prioritized.

Your can reach out to Jira Align Support via your company's Jira Align instance to get access to the Ideation portal.

@Tim Keyes- Is the above still the proper enhancement submission process?
