Workflows Wrapped

Wow, our first Workflow Wizardry workshop on everything Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows and automation was an incredibly engaging and dynamic session. When planning the session we knew that questions may arise, so we planned for about 25 minutes of content (for the hour), but we still couldn’t fit it all in!

It was heartening and certainly amazing to have so much engagement with our community during the session - you all asked some great questions that spurred on some thought provoking discussion around workflows, best practices and so many other aspects.

What’s Next?

We’re looking forward to our next meetup, set after the Atlassian Connect sessions on High Velocity Service Management. We’ll be joined by two of the Atlassian presenters and we’re going to share the highlights as they/we saw them, and take questions from the audience.

Also on the agenda, Atlassian will introduce us to their new JSM Playbooks.
