miranda cant get online

hello

I followed the instruction there to connect using Miranda:

but I cant change my status to Online

I dont see any error message in the XML Console, log there: http://pastebin.com/MbWfHucr

I have made sure Im using the latest version of Miranda (v0.10.62.0)

any idea what may be wrong ?

If you're using HipChat Server 2.0.7, you might want to enable the external XMPP ports.

I did, everything looks correct,

the username is the one I copied from my account/xmpp page (<5numbers>_<6numbers>)

I tried both TLS and SSL authentication.

I only get an authentication error message if I dont select any method (which seems normal). If I select one, I dont get an error message, but I cant get online.

I also checked https://xmpp.net/result.php?domain=chat.hipchat.com&type=client

that report "Error: Connection failed. " but maybe that's normal because you blocked some traffic on the chat.hipchat.com server ?

PS, the Confluence activity limitation is ridiculously annoying :(

At this point, I think it makes more sense to raise a support request via support.atlassian.com.

This is applicable to both your HipChat and Confluence issues.
