HipChat Cloud - Away/Available status changes without me changing it

I'm using the desktop client, I have the idle feature turned off. I will set my self to away with a status. Usually when I come back I am set to available without a status. After some time, I check back and  the status goes back to away. I also have an issue where I will set it to away, I will come back and it's actually still set to away, I change it to available and then hit okay but after a while it reverts back to being away. It's super frustrating because my managers either think I've been away for hours when I haven't been or I look like I'm available when I'm not.

Is it possible that you have more than one client connected at a time? Some odd things can happen with presence when two or more clients are using the same account. (e.g. one client goes away, causing your overall presence to show as yellow). You can view all of your current sessions by going to https://www.hipchat.com/account/sessions. If more than one client is running, you may also want to check that both clients are set to disable idle - that should prevent your account from automatically showing as away.
