Hey team,
We have a use case for our app that requires some user specific settings.
In an ideal world, this would be accessible under the "Personal Settings" menu, but I think it would also work if we had a global page accessible at the workspace level.
I understand there are already plans for a workspace settings page module, but typically those pages would only be accessible to admins, for our use case, we would like it to be accessible to all users with read access to the workspace.
Just wondering if there are already plans for something like that, or a trello card / issue I can vote for etc.
Hi @Richard White _TechTime_ ,
There aren't any short or medium term plans to add such module.
With a few people getting ready for AtlasCamp, I can only partially answer your question but we should be able to get back to you with a link and potentially a few more questions when everybody is back.
If you want to share a bit more about the use case, that would be super useful.
Cheers,
Caterina
Thanks for the response. I'm getting ready to head to AtlasCamp myself - so if anyone wants to chat about it there, and our use case in more detail - would be cool to catch up there.
We are making a companion app to our Jira app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221009/easytime-time-tracker-automatic-jira-time-tracking?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Our first use case is that each user needs to save their own API token and validate that the connection is successful.
We have a few other user specific configuration options which we would like to add there in the future.
For now, we have worked around it by adding a button to our main PR panel that opens a modal, but because of how limited space is in the panel - its not ideal.

Great to know and enjoy AtlasCamp
@Richard White _TechTime_ , I'm not joining this year (hopefully next year).
Make sure you chat with @Edmund Munday (Forge for Bitbucket Product Manager) next week about this.
Cheers,
Caterina
