"This review has still 1 unresolved comment"

From time to time we are facing the issue that a warning is shown when a review should be close. This warning says that there is still one unresolved comment, but all comment in the review are resolved.

Does anyone have this issue as well? Is this a bug, or do I get something wrong?

@Christian Schröder, did you got any answer or solution suggested?

We face same issue after migration to 4.7.0 release.

This bug is still not fixes: CRUC-8357

Thanks for the link and described workaround.

At least we know the reason for this now.

Having the same issue on Crucible 4.7.0 for one code review.

Tried

  • unresolve and resolve again
  • adding a reply to all  comments marked as "needs resolve"
  • adding a new revision of all contained files
  • different browsers: Firefox 66.0.2, Opera 51

but none of this attempts did help as a workaround.

Looks like a known bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-8357

Looks like i had comments added and then deleted later.
