"Initial Import" in Fisheye with date "01 Jan 1970"?

Steffen Breitbach January 21, 2015

I have imported a repository with a certain start revision and "initial import without tag information" set. Looking at the line chart I get a huge chunk at 01 Jan 1970. Is this a bug? In my opinion this should be "the timestamp of (start revision - 1)" and not 0/null as it seems.

Hi Steffen,

This is actually a synthetic commit created to capture the state of the repository at the point of the initial import.

Please find further information on this in the topic Why does Fisheye show my last commit date as '31 Dec 69'.
