We sit behind a firewall, so we need to use a proxy to access the internet. We set
setenv FISHEYE_OPTS "-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxy.fm.intel.com -Dhttp.proxyPort=900 -Dhttps.proxyHost=proxy.fm.intel.com -Dhttps.proxyPort=900"
And it seems it did take it from the system info page :
JVM input arguments-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxy.fm.intel.com -Dhttp.proxyPort=900 -Dhttps.proxyHost=proxy.fm.intel.com -Dhttps.proxyPort=900 -Xmx1024m -Dfisheye.library.path= -Dfisheye.inst=/infrastructure/crucible-prod/crucible_inst -Djava.awt.headless=true -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/infrastructure/crucible-prod/fecru-4.4.1/lib/endorsed
But it still isn;t working w/ Crucible to access the marketplace. The same hosts/port work for the exact same machine with JIRA, but not crucible.
Am I missing something ?
Hi Sean,
Please see https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKT-20029. Please review AMKT-20029 and compare your logs to the stack trace in the bug ticket. If you agree that is the same issue please vote on the issue to add impact.
This will be fixed with version 4.4.2 of Fisheye and in the comments on the ticket another user also states "updating to UPM 2.21.x makes it work" for them.
Cheers,
Branden
I wasn't able to look at AMKT-20029 - I got "Access Denied"
"This issue can't be viewed
The issue you're trying to view can't be displayed.
It may have been deleted or you don't have permission to view it right now."
However - as suggested, updating to UPM 4.21.5 fixed it!
THANK YOU!
