how to view side-by-side by default

Hi. When I'm doing a code review in Fisheye, every time I open a file it uses the "Unified Diffs" view. I always change it to the "Side By Side Diff" view.

Is there any way to have Fisheye default to "Side By Side" every time, so I don't have to keep selecting it?

Or any way to have Fisheye show diffs via an external tool by default? (I've got BeyondCompare.)

Or other suggestions?
