fisheye service start and stops windows server 2008 64bit

hi there

any ideas how to solve these issue without reinstalling crucible?

This widget could not be displayed.

Hello,

Although the windows server is 64-bit, could you please make sure that the Java installation is 32-bit? This is stated in our documentation.

Also, I'm not sure what is your FishEye instance version, but please note that JDK 1.5 (which is the one that was detected by the service wrapper) is not supported since FishEye 2.6.x. Read more. So, could you please make sure that you're using a supported 32-bit JDK version?

i followed the instruction is still not working, these is the error i'm getting
