We have crucible integrated with JIRA 6.x in Linux environment. It does send emails while creating reviews.
However it does not send email for (a) abandon reviews and (b) while updating reviews. Update meaning the review is updated with a missing file or updated with a patch etc.
I would like to know why it is not working for certain use cases. Please advise.
Here are some use cases that do not work very well at our end:
(1). When an author initiates a review, an email is sent to reviewer only. The author does not get to know anything about the review.
When the reviewer completes the review, an email goes to the author only. The reviewer does not know anything.
Ideally, everyone should get the email (to be on the same page).
(2). Say, the reviewer completed the review. But the author abandoned the review. In this case, nobody gets email.
(3). Say, the reviewer updated the review with couple of extra files. In this case too, nobody gets email.
All the interested parties should get email for every action with the review process. This is the practice being followed.
(4). The 'Mercurial Commits' tab is empty within jira issue ticket. This part seems to be working fine on Unix side but an issue in windows environment.
Apprecuate any help in this regard.
