Why do no rooms appear when configuring Go2Group HipChat Fisheye integration?

Installed the Go2Group HipChat Fisheye integration, created a HipChat API Token, added it to the plugin configuration, and configured the Basic Access Authentication between Fisheye and JIRA. When trying to add a room to a Fisheye project or repository no rooms appear in the selection form.

Can you please check if the user configuring in Fisheye owns any room in Hipchat?  User between the Fisheye & HipChat are mapped based on the users email address.

Yes the user owns at least one private room.

Does the email id match between the Fisheye and HipChat accounts for the User?
