View listbox in Fisheye doesn't show

Hi Everyone,

if I create a codereview for a CPP file I do not see the "view" listbox. But I need them to show the whole file.

If I create a codereview for JAVA file the "view" listbox will be displayed.

So code review of JAVA file contains "view" listbox and code review of CPP file does not contain "view" listbox (see attached screenshots).
