Unable to create application link for Crucible
I have been through the support docs and can't seem to find a resolution to my problem. I am just starting to set up a new install of JIRA and we are going to purchase Crucible as well for code reviews. When attempting to configured Crucible, I get to the point of creating an application link and then I receive an error message indicating that there was an error creating the link. I also attempted to create the link within JIRA and once I selected create, the button was no longer selectable and nothing happened. Any help is appreciated. I'm new to JIRA so I do not know what logs to provide.

I don't have that file in the logs directory. Is there is different place where it is stored? I have pasted screenshots in this comment as well as in the original and they don't show up when saved. Is there a different way to post them? Thanks for the help.. This is my first time using this board.
