I am trying to use crucible for the first time, and I was really looking forward to being able to associate a ticket to a line of code, as they do in the video at http://www.atlassian.com/software/crucible/overview at 1:38. When I created my crucible review from my JIRA issue, the review was automatically associated with the issue.
Unfortunately, unlike in the video, I do not have that "Create Issue" link in my comment.
Note I am the moderator of the review, I do not know if that makes any difference.
Please open a support request at https://support.atlassian.com as there may be some configuration problems with your instance that prevent the "Create Issue" option to appear, please link to this page.
I am no longer using crucible, I am now using bitbucket, so this issue no longer applies to me.
