Smart commit missed link to JIRA issue

Viktor September 10, 2015

We have projects in JIRA and Crucible which have similar names like:

JIRA: TEST3

Crucible: CRV-TEST3

When submitting a changelist with key CRV-TEST3-19 a link to CL is created in JIRA issue TEST3-19

Is it possible to override it somehow?

Or only changing key would help?

How can we remove that link from JIRA issue?

Neither of quotes did work "" '' ``

Is there a chance it is fixed in future versions of Crucible/Fisheye?

Currently we use 3.4.0 version

It's probably the dash in your key that causes the problem. I'm surprised that it's not a reserved character.

Have you tried protecting the issue key with quotes? "CRV-TEST3-19"? Or 'CRV-TEST3-19'?

If not, changing your key sounds like the only option. If your key was TEST3-CRV this wouldn't happen.
