Reviews including other people's changesets

We've just noticed a strange situation with code reviews and selecting ranges of revisions:

If I have a file A and the change history is something like the following:

Revision 1: Me - Issue 1 - Made some change

Revision 2: Bob - Issue 2 - Made some change

Revision 3: Me - Issue 1 - Made some change

I can create a review for Revision 1 and Revision 3, but when I look at the file through cruicble, it's actually highlighting changes from Revision 1, 2 and 3.

Is there a way I can setup my reviews so that if I select only my revisions, that only the changes committed through my revisions are shown?

You should be able to remove revision from the review, as it might be added automatically for you. Just click on the 'x' button just above the source code on a review page:
