Restrict access to the repository for all users

Hi community,
Is it possible to configure access to the repository in such a way that only a certain group of users can access it? Now for all repositories in crucible the following is the default access setting. "Grant default permissions" grants access to the repository to all domain users.
I understand correctly that I need to remove this selection and under the "Additional permissions for groups and users" section add a group of specific users.
Will only this group have access to the repository in this way, and for other NC users access is limited?
