Our devs have recently started reporting that when performing code reviews in Crucible, they are often getting the error "Duplicate entry 'some_id' for key 'PRIMARY'" They report that if they submit the review several times, eventually it does go through. Does anyone have a solution for this? I know we aren't running the latest version of Crucible. When we tried to put the latest version in our testing environment, the software wouldn't even start, so I don't know if we want to fix the duplicate entry issue first, or fix the upgrade issue first.
