Currently, users can go directly to Fisheye/Crucible to create reviews. When it is done this way, the Jira issue is not aware of the review. Would like to be able to disable this feature in Fecru, while keeping it enabled in Jira. Disabling the "Create" ability in the permissions scheme in Fecru disables the option in Jira - which is not what I want. Only want it disabled in Fecru.
