No "Set up LDAP" link under Security/Authentication.

Quinn Carver October 15, 2014

Hello,

As an administrator I am trying to set up LDAP authentication for Fisheye (3.54) w/ Crucible in RHEL Linux-x86-64 with a Java SE runtime environment (build 1.7.0_65-b33). I have followed the steps here, however in my set up there seems to be no "Set up LDAP" link under Security/Authentication.

I see the following <h2>'s under the Authentication Settings heading: Global Permissions, Built-In, Usernames, User List Viability, Email Visibility, JIRA/Crowd Authentication, REST API Token, Security Settings.

Do I need to do something in order to see the Set up LDAP link? or is there some other issue I should know of.

Thank You,

QC

Hi,

Looks like you have the "JIRA/Crowd Authentication" selected. You have to "Remove" it to see all "Authentication settings" options again.
