New defect type not visible on existing reviews (Crucible)

Hi 

I am on crucible 3.2

I added and deleted a few defect type classifications. But the changes are not visible on existing reviews but are visible on new reviews.

How can i get the changes to be visible on old/existing reviews?

I am afraid you can't.  When review is created it is linked to the defect classifications that are current at that particular moment.   Any future change to defect classification is only visible on reviews created afterwards.  

It may sound strange for cases when you add new classifications, but makes perfect sense in cases where some classifications were modified or removed - you don't expect existing defects to be modified, do you?
