Need to share / split 50 user fisheye license between multiple servers

In order to optimize performance and permit local administration / optimization want to collocate different fisheye servers with the repositories they index... for geographically distributed users how can I use our 50 user license to permit access to different fisheye instances. 50 users is the right level... just need them allocated across those different instances. The users would be centrally defined (in JIRA).

You shall use a different license key for each fisheye/crucible server. See licensing model here: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/fisheye#serverlicenses-6
