Need guidance to edit the checkin description

Hi ,

    While checking in my changes I mistakenly used different JIRA ID, So that particular change list is added to wrong JIRA. I have changed the description in perforce using p4v but it is not replicated into fisheye. is there anyway to change the wrong jira id into new one.
