Hi Sindhu,

Are they missing for the administrator as well or not visible for a Crucible user?

If the projects are there (visible by admin) but not visible by Crucible user it can be caused by the following bugs:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-6607

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-6606

If the projects are missing for the admin, please create a support issue for this.

If you can't see those projects on the Admin / Projects screen please create a support issue for this.
