Limit who can be a Moderator

Is it possible to limit who can be a moderator?

For instance i have a group of 'Team Leaders' that one of should be set to the moderator. If this is not possible is it atleast possible to stop crucible auto filling the moderator with the author?

You can enable/disable moderator role per project in the Project settings. At the moment, there isn't a way to configure a group to be the moderator, there is a feature request in CRUC-474. Please vote the ticket to increase its popularity and watch for future updates.
