Is there a way to force Crucible to show context lines against which review comments have been created?

I created a comment on a changeset code review against lines that were not a part of the changeset, but in the context of the changed lines. The comment shows up with a note saying it applies to line ##. The problem is that when people see that comment they are assuming it applies to the visible lines shown below the comment in Crucible. It would be nice if when the comment were written against context-lines that those lines automatically started displayed with the other lines of the code review.
