Is there a Crucible plugin that provides the ability to create a custom field?

There is a new feature request in to Atlassian (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-1516), but is there an existing plugin that provides this capability? I haven't been able to find one.

Alternatively, is there a way to easily customize the Create New Review screen to add a text reminder to the Authors to include review artifact size?

If that screen is implemented in JSP, download the JSP-Source edition of Crucible and modify JSP code.
