I want to know more about image comparison when PNG images are checked into a Github repo.

I spent 30 minutes looking through Crucible documentation and I could not find any guides or information that pertains to comparing images in a Crucible review. A couple questions I have:

1.  How reliable is the image comparison?
2.  How are the differences between images displayed?
3.  Will Crucible automatically detect changes in the images in a Github branch? Or will I have to upload the images manually as an attachment?
