I'm getting an error from the SQL Database when running the backup:

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Backing up and restoring Crucible data

Error reading database: Cannot encode value for unsupported column type: "TIMESTAMP" (93) of column .CREATED_DATE

Has anyone seeing this or have a fix/workaround?

This is a known bug, fixed already in 4.0.4, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-6466

Can you upgrade your instance to 4.0.4?
