To be honest I am not sure how you ended up in this situation, but it seems like there is some discrepancy between both systems, like link configuration on one side is not matching its configuration on the other side.
Perhaps the best way to fix that is to log in into both applications (stash and fisheye) separately and delete the link to the other side on both sides. Then set up new link between the applications.
