We've recently started working with the starter Fisheye/Crucible products, and have set up the scheduled log scan. The email comes from "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we would like to change it to "email@example.com". Is this possible?
The Support Tools Plugin is responsible for the Log Scanner. This plugin is installed in all Atlassian products, so it's not something related to FishEye/Crucible only.
At this time, the functionality you're requesting is not yet possible in the Support Tools Plugin. I have created a new request for it in our development issue tracker, and you can track it here:
