How can I renew the Atlassian Fisheye add-on?

I am not able to renew the Fisheye add-on via the normal means to renew licenses/other add-ons. Is there something special that needs to be done to renew?

Are  you referring to the App that runs within Jira? Or you referring to the Fisheye application that runs on its own server?

If the former, there is no license required for the App. It comes with Jira and you don't need to make any changes to it.

If the latter, there is a "License" option in the admin interface where you paste in the license key hash.

Hi @Mireille Gennaro  - Are speaking of the actual Fisheye application?

 If so you should be able to request a renewal quote by going to the following location and selecting Orders - >"New Order or Quote".
