Fisheye does not show the recently active branches

Repo with more than 500 active branches. Fishey doesn't display information about last active branches.

please, take a look here to fix your issue https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE0210/System+Properties

There's a specific property (fisheye.branch.recently.active.check.limit)that can be adjusted in order to increase the default limit (250).
