I am trying to upgrade fisheye/crusible to latest version server 4.4

We are also going to do oracle upgrade from 11 to 12 .
In the upgrade document i do not see any procedure/configuration changes regarding oracle DB. any new jdbc jar files we would need ?
Do we need to do any configuration changes after oracle upgrade ? we are going to use Method 1: Using a FISHEYE_INST directory
