Fisheye application links to Jira are getting disappeared

Dear Fisheye AdminsIn our organization, we have linked Fisheye to SVN & Jira. At times, for no reason, the Application links to Jira are getting disappeared. I have tried to find a reason, but it looks like a random behaviour. Some times the 'Application Link' stays intact, but for each of the Jira project the links are broken.Once it happened, I could figure out the problem and it was due to the issue that SVN timeout. Your blogs have suggested to increase the timeout factor or set up a svnsync mirror repo. But I have not done that and this again is a one-off case.I would like to find a permanent solution to these problems (where an application - fisheye- restart fixes the problem for me).-Elango

Which FishEye version are you using?

And which type of application link are configured?

Are you using some user directory?

Please give me more details so I can try helping you solve this issue.
