Fisheye application link is broken in Jira

There is an existing ticket on this issue JSP-149118 that hasn't been resolved. We verified the application link to fisheye is cofigured correctly and there are no errors. Please reopen the ticket and look into it.

The issues was that the JIRA server and the Fisheye server were out of time sync. Once servers were in sync, the fisheye application link is working. The issue is resolved.
