Fisheye SSH issue after upgrade to 3.2.4 from 2.7.4

Could someone help me to solve below error .

We upgraded fisheye from 2..7.4 to 3.2.4 . After upgrade when i click on repositories , its giving below error

There is an issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-4433with workaround description. We are working to fix it in next release hopefully - please watch the issue.
