When launching fisheye/crucible all we see is:

Crucible Maintenance

Sorry

Creating a backup.

This page will automatically update every 10 seconds.

 

This has been like this for a day now. Any suggestions?

Do you have some error message into Crucible logs? This would be very helpful to better understand what is going on.

I have the same issue. After I canceled backup I couldn't start crucible windows service
