This is my issue:
License status
JIRA support and updates for this instance ended on 19/May/19. JIRA updates created after 19/May/19 are not valid for the current set of licenses.
I have a subscription with auto renewal.
Sounds like you didn't apply the new license. Whomever is the billing or technical contact will need to log in to https://my.atlassian.com/product and get the key so you can paste it in to the License section in Jira.
