Error Occurred on creating review

Hello

I'm fixing our team's crucible system these days, but I found strange error I can't understand.

Our git repository is linked with crucible , displaying it's commit on crucible.

But I can't make review. 

On [Projects] -> [ProjectD(our project)]  menu, I can find new commits.

If I select "create review", an error occours.

 

If I select "create review from branch", it shows no data on review.

I'm new to crucible, hard to find what's wrong.

Any help will be greate thanks

EDITED:

few days ago, I fixed git.exe executable path on [Administration] -> [Server] -> [Git Executable] because that path link was broken. (there was no data)

After fix, while loading project, I did "create review from branch" and it shows edited file list successful, but  fail to show contents when I come back next day.

On [Create Review] -> [Choose Change Set] menu

I can find my repository name, but when select it, Repository turn back into "No Repository"

 It was git version error.

I linked Cygwin git which is not supported
