Error 503 when i try to reach fisheye URL

Hi

I'm running fisheye over apache SSL . Everything worked fine until i try to make changes in the web server settings 

Non, when i try to reach my fisheye url, i've error 503 and there IS no error message in log file.

Is there a way to reset the config.xml to default or something ? I'm really stuck
