If Fisheye is setup with an Application Link to Bitbucket (Server), it is my understanding that BitBucket will notify Fisheye of new commits and FishEye will perform a scan of the repo to index.
However, if Bitbucket has several commits to a specific repo within a "small" time window, does Bitbucket send notices for all those commits to FishEye? AND, will FishEye process each notice immediately?
OR, does either BitBucket or FishEye throttle the process in some way?
